The reason for the high level of attention to the Yue L is that it offers a larger body size and stronger powertrain than its counterparts, with a very strong product performance. Specifically, its product advantages can be summarized into three points.

The first point is the space advantage, although the positioning of the Star Over L is only a compact SUV, but from the data, it is aimed at the size of a medium-sized SUV. Its length, width and height are 4770/1895/1689mm, and its wheelbase is 2845mm, which is far more than its competitors in the same class. At the same time, the huge body with exquisite exterior design makes it still look very imposing.

The second point is that the Star L has set a new example in its class in terms of the embodiment of technological atmosphere. 12.3-inch full LCD instrumentation, dual 12.3-inch center control screen and the passenger screen of the screen design, as well as the size of up to 25.6-inch AR-HUD composed of the intelligent cockpit, a very visual impact. Its center screen is equipped with Geely Galaxy OS system, and it also has full domain FOTA capability, which means even the engine can be upgraded OTA.

The third point to say is its power system, the Star L all standard equipped with Drive-E series 2.0TD engine, but divided into two versions of high and low power. Among them, the low-power version has a maximum power of 160kW and a peak torque of 325Nm, matched with a 7-speed dual clutch transmission. However, the advantage of product power is only one aspect. In terms of price, the Star L also has obvious advantages.

Compared with the joint venture brands, the top price of Xing Yue L can only buy the lower models of RAV4 Rongfang and CR-V, so the advantage in terms of price is still very obvious.

Of course, at the launch conference of the Star L, Geely Automobile did not only release a product, but also officially announced the "Geely brand CMA high-end series" - named "China Star".
